You may be dehydrated. If you've been considering exercising for some time now but haven't because lack of energy,
I suggest taking a week to really hydrate yourself with water and not sugary beverages. The difference is tremendous on how much better you will feel. Hydration is absolutely key for beginners starting their journey. You can't drink too much water, especially considering you will be losing roughly half of it too exercise.
